The Wikipedia particle is a translation of the English one. It's only had 20 edits, and none since 2018.
I don't think this meets our criteria for inclusion. I'm not seeing much evidence it has entered the Japanese lexicon. It gets very little use on Twitter and it doesn't appear in any online slang dictionaries.
I'm not fond of the "add now, maybe delete later" approach for terms like this.

Those links are a mix of explanations and translations of English articles. The last one contains a genuine use of the word but the writer provides a definition in brackets.
