unfortunately, 五十音 is defined as "Japanese syllabary". so i'm not sure that adding gojūon adds much meaning here. and it's not in any of my english dictionaries, so it probably would need an expl.

maybe just "Japanese syllabary order" to match 五十音?

写しとること(たもの)であり、記録映画を指す言葉である。
  Comments:
Change “documentary” to “real-life film”.
The words are similar but pretty distinct, and clearly
distinguished in Japanese: documentaries instruct (but don’t
need to include actual footage, though they often do), while
“real life” films (best gloss I can find) are footage of
actual events and life.
Quick Googling for 実写 ドキュメンタリー
yields results like

…which show these clearly distinguished.

In common usage, this expression does not refer to a point or tip but is used as modifier of a place noun, which already carries the meaning of location - thus the meaning of 端 need not be spelled out in English. :-)

Problem description (Text Glossing)
When the text item 日本最南端の appears in a text being checked in "Text Glossing", the following partial match will be shown:
"日本最南端の碑 【にほんさいなんたんのひ】 Nihonsainantannohi (p) NA".
Unfortunately this is of no use to anybody not already familiar with the expression 最南端 or 最南 - it would be useful to have just 日本最南端 as something like "Japan's southermost", since it is a kind of fixed expression that is not uncommon (likewise with the other three main compass directions). 最南端 by itself is already handled properly in "Text Glossing"

Suggest [stat1], well worth learning anyway.

I failed to recognize this term when getting a corona booster shot today in Shinjuku. Ended up saying something embarrassing (so my judgement here is biased, if you have a better source for current statistics). It was part of the quick Q&A with a nurse before you get the shot. Objectively perhaps 1/3rd to 1/2 as common overall in current media vs. 副作用 as far as I can see.

Coronavirus vaccines seems to have wildly increased the commonness of this term since the ngram days(both in direct application and anti-vax movements). I imagine that contributed to the gloss improvements in 2021/2022.

I agree with Robin about gerunds. Plurals too. The tag is really intended for cases where the source is rather different from the usual English translation.
I think it would be a bit excessive to label all ex-English 外来語 as such. The kokugos, and specialist dictionaries like Gakken usually only label the source language when it's not English.

  Comments:
"The concept of a booth is to provide a comfortable, intimate and semi-enclosed space for smaller groups of people. A booth's intention is to provide a room within a room, creating a private space within a greater space. This is achieved by configuring one or more banquette seats in a horseshoe, U-shape or face to face"

not 100% sure about '-seki' rather than '-zeki' reading.
