Even Americans use "bin" here.  "recycle bin" absolutely dwarfs "recycle box"(never heard of this) in search results.  I think non-natives especially will be better off if we just give "bin" glosses.

"recycle bin" has more hits, but it also benefits from the Windows desktop "recycle bin".  "recycling bin" has many more hits on news sites (nytimes.com, washingtonpost.com), and seems like a safer/more-professional primary recommendation.

リサイクルＢＯＸ is *not* by any means the most common way to write this.  [uk] to override a "kanji" form that is all kana and romaji seems odd.  But it seems common enough that I am reluctant to omit or [sK] it.  This seems like a not-well-handled edge-case...

Shinmeikai notes that 二の腕 originally referred to the lower arm, and that the "upper arm" meaning was originally non-standard. It says the "lower arm" meaning is practically never used now.
