GG5 labels both むくみ and ふしゅ "医". The "Igaku" glossary uses the むくみ reading. GG5 simply points ふしゅ to むくみ. I think the whole entry should be "med" and kept as one.
As for "io", that was my first thought until I saw the 中辞典 and Unific entries. It's not really okurigana for むくみ so much as a masu stem of 浮腫む. It's all a bit bizarre as 浮腫/むくみ is probably a case of 義訓 so okurigana shouldn't come into it. On balance I'd go with "io".

I didn't have (standard) okurigana variants in mind when we came up with that threshold. Since they're recorded in the kokugos (the larger ones, at least), I've always considered them to be in a different category from 交ぜ書き forms, forms containing katakana instead of hiragana, etc. Interested to hear what others think.
On 1614070, it was tentatively agreed to use a 3% threshold (my proposal) for standard okurigana variants but this was a year before the discussion on 2839852 where we decided on the 20% threshold.
Maybe 3% is too low but I feel that 20% is too high for these forms.

ディズニーの春キャンとは、東京ディズニーリゾートが販売する「春のキャンパスデーパスポート」の略称です。
  Comments:
Splitting on source word.
I checked the Disneyland link using the Wayback Machine and the example is 春キャン, an abbreviation for 春のキャンパスデーパスポート. I can't find any evidence that キャン is used as an abbreviation for キャンペーン.

It was officially equated with
2401/13310
 liters in 1891.
  Comments:
see notes at 合. If we wish to give a precise definition for some reason, that would be 2401/13310 liters. (0.18039068369646882043576258452292...). Though this definition was not consistent across time anyway.

I think 0.3306 should be simplified too(0.33, or even 1/3 square meter), but I've touched too much at once as it is.

Note: for consistency I think the U.S. spellings should lead, and we are generally inconsistent with including British spellings (except where we only have the British spellings...). This parenthetical approach (metres) would probably be my vote, if we're going to actually do this everywhere.,
