I don't think it makes sense to keep random collocarions like this with [rare] tags. I agree with Stephen it should go (and surely Robin thinks so too)

Is this really considered a 複合動詞? It's just the adverb 再び + the verb 述べる.
I normally consider 複合動詞 verbs to be combinations of two verbs, like 思い出す. But 再び isn't derived from a verb (AFAIK). It can be stuck in front of anything.

I think these entries should at least be tagged as expressions if they stay.

I had terms like this in mind when I suggested an Internet field tag. We agreed on GitHub that the tag would cover WWW-related terms as well as technical networking terms.
I think the description of the tag should be changed to "Internet, WWW" (or just "Internet").

I'd envisaged the internet/WWW tag to be associated with technical terms in the field(s), and not so much with user jargon. Clearly we need to discuss the boundaries to be used when allocating these terms. I'm leaving this as [net-sl] for now and it can be revisited if needed.

We're using the [net-sl] tag on the entry for フォローバック, for example.

We do have an [internet] tag now. I wondered if that tag was intended for technical networking terms like "HTTP," "SSL," etc., but reading Robin's original comment on entry 2837616・グループチャット makes me think the tag was intended for entries like this one.

I don't think that means it's net slang, at all.

I did not pay attention to the fact that 半波長 can be parsed 半+波長 in addition to 半波+長 (the latter is more obvious to me, since the use of 半波 in 半波長 is just one of several possible contexts in electrics and electronics, and 半波 by itself is "a thing" for us electronerds). A less ambiguous reference for my original submission would have been https://www.rohm.co.jp/electronics-basics/ac-dc-converters/acdc_what2 or https://kotobank.jp/word/半波電位-1578986. My suggestion is therefore to leave this entry as 半波, since we do have 波長 in the database already (on the other hand, I would not object to you adding both 半波 and 半波長 to the data base).
