I don't think "O-Bon" is needed. It's usually written without a hyphen.
"Lantern Festival" usually refers to the Chinese festival. "Festival of the Dead" isn't common.
I don't think the x-ref is needed on sense 1.

Given the context, and the individual meanings of the kanji, this seems to be a reasonable alternate translation.

Example: ハリー・トルーマン大統領は国務省を重用する。

Perhaps "sharp, quick, quickwitted" could be left out, and

not the commenter but I'd phrase it something like "to run aimlessly/confusedly around trying to escape" i.e. the point is that you don't know where you're running, you don't have a clear direction at hand (and the person next to you may be running in a different direction)
of course there will no doubt be a dimension of panic there too in the confusion

Some example collocations from yourei:
"incomparable" or "unparalleled" beauty (super common)
unparalleled accuracy (of a gps system)
unparalleled/unrivalled influence (of an advisor, over a king)
"love for humanity" (maybe "unrivalled")
a particular child's "unmatched" affection toward his mother in all of Japan
"love of singing"
"military power" (unparalleled, unrivalled)
"incident" ("unprecedented" I think)
variety of changes in diversity in a river (比類のない多種多様の変化)
an exquisite sword (peerless, matchless?)
excellent handwriting (google gives "incomparably excellent")
  Comments:
Had an intuition to add "incomparable" (with the accent con "co") to 類いない, just based on the kanji. Then I saw 類いない was a relatively uncommon term, and that this was a more common synonym.

There are contexts where all these glosses apply, but it seems like "unparalleled; incomparable; unmatched" should lead, given both the literal nuance, and the frequency in reverso. I wouldn't mind trimming beyond that.

It also seems there's a time and a place for the gloss "beyond compare" or "without compare". Especially as 比類なく ...

Seems we usually do: unparalleled; unparallelled , and unrivaled/unrivalled

Please remember that the difference between inquiry and enquiry only really matters in British English. In American English, inquiry is preferred as a synonym for investigations in all situations and enquiry is rarely used
  Comments:
Aligning glosses with backref, usage statistics, and American English. The rub here is that "enquiry" is not merely a straightforward spelling deviation, as "enquiry" exists in North American English... it's just ignored.

Minimally, I think "inquiry" should have come ahead of "enquiry", if you think they still need to be kept side-by-side.

"rogue" seems to have various implications that "老獪" doesn't have and it is pretty uncommon.
i wouldn't say it's reflecting the kanji meaning, but the meaning is reflected by the kanji. kokugos don't mention experience at all for "悪賢い", but "経験を積んで" is always present to define "老獪" and i think the glosses should do the same here.
note how gg5 translates "老獪な男" to "an old [a cunning] fox; a sly old dog", not because the age itself is important but to denote how his craftiness is influenced by his experienced and this is inherent in "老獪"

  Comments:
類いない over 類ない in deference the the official movement to change the orthography. I did read the whole conversation on たぐい, Quite interesting.

I xreffed 比類ない without の due to structural similarity, but my intention is that it be aligned with 比類のない, which I have currently edited as:
unparalleled; unparallelled; incomparable; unmatched; unrivaled; unrivalled; peerless; unique; unprecedented

Do we think the meaning here is distinct from the xref? (it does not seem so to me). Do we try to give more dated/formal glosses for more formal/dated terms (like preferring "matchless" and "peerless" over "unparalleled" and "unmatched")? Maybe that's better?

I don't know which users will pay attention, but the fact that 類ない and 類のない apparently have different readings on 類 is quite shocking. (the latter commonly るい, hence the high ngrams). That xref is more of a warning than anything else. I made the reading explicit, otherwise it will be unnoticed.

sankoku gives all of たぐい(類い) as 文(and gives no collocations). Given the frequency on this term vs. the xrefs, this seems fair at least on this structure. Also [rare]-ish.

憤ろしい - 和英辞典
[ 形 ] exasperating , infuriating , maddening , vexing
■ extremely annoying or displeasing

yourei example:
具体的には我慢のならないほど憤ろしいことなのだった。
another:
その灼やきつくような眸は、憤ろしい涙にうるんでいる。

A single example with 憤ろしい and 腹立たしい back to back (probably to mix up the vocabulary)
高田の言う通り、江崎はファウスリーゼに一方的な妄想を抱いていたようだった。それが裏切られたのが憤ろしいのだろう。腹立たしいのはファウスリーゼも同じだった。

Simple: "It is infuriating": 憤ろしいのである
太郎が眠って終っているから一人で出た。憤ろしいのである。リツ子の母が可也君の炭代を出してくれぬ。
  Comments:
As a one word translation, google gives "infuriating". "憤ろしい人" doesn't exist (google).

The object of 憤ろしい, when given explicitly, seems to usually be the cause of outrage, not the person feeling it. daijs gives 腹立たしい, which we gloss in this way. sankoku: 腹が立ってたまらない気持ちだ。

sankoku says 文, so I'm picking [form] over [rare]. But:
腹立たしい	196914	99.9%
憤ろしい	133	0.1%

Happened to find a direct comment on this that probably applies to a lot of [rare][form]. "Haven't used once in my life, a lot of Japanese people probably couldn't even read it":
https://ja.hinative.com/questions/16085136
現代の日本語としては、ほぼ使われません。僕も人生で一度も使ったことがありません。「憤ろしい」を「いきどおろしい」と読めない日本語ネイティブが多い、というくらい稀な言葉です。
かなり強めに腹を立てる感じだと思います。

This is what I would imagine as [form][rare]. We have a lot of these.

Now, it seems like there is another usage. Yourei has "憤ろしい顔" and "憤ろしい涙", where it probably just means "angry face/tears" (as google translates). But "腹立たしい" will generate the same examples.

-tic
a suffix, equivalent in meaning to -ic, occurring in adjectives of Greek origin (analytic), used especially in the formation of adjectives from nouns with stems in -sis: hematotic; neurotic.

-tic might not be used with the same frequency to coin new words but it's not unheard of - I'm thinking of "hydromatic" from the song Greased Lightnin' (from Grease). Wiktionary has an entry for "bozotic" (from "bozo")
