I think it (and other similar abbreviations) should be a separate entry with a キージー reading. It could have a note on it usually being read キロ, possibly.

I don't think it belongs here or on キロ, except possibly as an sK form. I note that we don't have ｃｍ, ｋｍ, ｍｌ, etc. I'm not sure there's much value in having them as entries.

I think it's appropriate that people looking up "ｋｇ" get to a matching entry. We have キロ/kilogram as a sense in 1042610. It could move to a separate entry with ｋｇ as a kanji form. Failing that, this could stay as it is.

Removed [uk].  What is our official cutoff for [uk] by the way?  

This is very close to a 50/50 split, so probably not controversial to remove here (encountered myself in song lyrics with kanji).

But it now occurs to me that I've been treating it as 50%, and that has always appeared to me to be the practice here.

I've never participated in a discussion on this question, but it seems like [uk] should imply kana-only should be well above 50%.  "Usually" seems quite a bit stronger to me than "more often than not". Or, phrased differently, it seems like if you are highly likely to encounter the kanji form, and if you wouldn't look odd using the kanji form, then [uk] might be misleading.

Incidentally (reading earlier comments), this was also a "star studded sky"-type context.

I used to need the tags on both forms to get the (P) in EDICT, but that's no longer the case. The "newsX" was basically a ranking based on a 20yo newspaper analysis. The "news2" ones didn't even generate a (P). No need to remove them, I guess.

Well, I've done it several times after getting an OK from Jim, so there will already be several entries where the kanji form doesn't have the same tags as the hiragana. I think having frequency tags on little used kanji forms makes things for users because the obvious implication is that the kanji is very common and worth prioritizing when the reality is, like here, that it's very sparsely used.

I don't recall seeing priority tags removed from borderline-rare kanji forms. In any case, this one doesn't seem to be borderline.

There's already a [uk] tag to indicate that のぼり is more common.

There are some technical app-dev reasons why I'd rather have the priority tags in both fields in this situation. It would be a different story if we were adding an [rK] tag to 幟.

"rogue" seems to have various implications that "老獪" doesn't have and it is pretty uncommon.
i wouldn't say it's reflecting the kanji meaning, but the meaning is reflected by the kanji. kokugos don't mention experience at all for "悪賢い", but "経験を積んで" is always present to define "老獪" and i think the glosses should do the same here.
note how gg5 translates "老獪な男" to "an old [a cunning] fox; a sly old dog", not because the age itself is important but to denote how his craftiness is influenced by his experienced and this is inherent in "老獪"

When I hear xintestinal disordersx I think of more serious diseases like IBS. I think 整腸剤 are mainly used for upset stomaches, diarrhea and the like.

I think it's fine. It seems to be more common than other expressions that use this sense of 張る (e.g. ビンタを張る, 横面を張る).
Daijisen has this expression and they even recorded an audio clip for it in the digital version.

We should probably also add a "slap" sense to our entry for 張る.

I see that an older edition of smk describes the adj-nari sense as a 古語的表現 and the adverb sense as 老人語. Meikyo tags both senses as〔古〕.
