I'm confused about sense 3. Wikipedia lists two separate meanings (alignment in D&D style games, and the meaning used in video games), and I'm mostly familiar with the latter meaning.

I'm fine with keeping "alignment" (D&D meaning) but "character class" usually means the character's _profession_ (warrior, ranger, cleric etc.) and has little to do with 属性

水属性の敵 means an enemy that's probably strong against attacks that classify as "water" but weak against attacks of a different type. You would do well to choose an attack that doesn't do water damage, or equip items that provide resistance to water damage (because the enemy deals water damage)

I would translate this simply as "element" most of the time, even though the categories don't always match the classical four or chinees five elements. "type" would be a good translation too.

We only have ひらぞこ for 平底 itself, so missing the rendaku here would be particularly odd.  Looks like it's just a mistake.
A google search for "ひらそこぶね" is a good google search to see who's rebroadcasting jmdictdb content, like the intentional dictionary misspellings of old.

I didn't know a "flatboat" was a thing, but it seems particularly common on reverso.  oceandictionary also offers "dory", xreffed to "pontoon" and "sharpie", all three of which google tells me are kinds of flat-bottomed boat.  None of these are used on reverso, but that's hardly definitive.  Still, they seem more useful as E->J glosses than J->E glosses (they seem to represent very specific western boats).

I added [exp] because I've seen editors commonly do so for nounのnoun terms. Though doing a search in JMDict for entries ending in 「の木」, there are 75 results, of which 28 are tagged [exp], so maybe this isn't as established as I thought.

Meikyo, sankoku, and shinsen have this tagged as a noun

Is this really an expression? I think for plant names like this that are derived from a "の" expression and are more commonly written in katakana, we normally just say they're nouns.

The way we've been applying the [rK] tag has not been for rare surface forms, but actually rare kanji themselves. Since the latter two forms share kanji in the first, there aren't any rare kanji. Not to mention they wouldn't have met the threshold anyway at 23% and 15%.

I see some usages on twitter. My guess is that people are combining 脇腹 and 骨 and shortening it to 脇骨.
I don't think this is the same sense of "脇骨" being described by daijirin, etc.

I don't think dated is right. It's not in the JEs or smaller kokugos. Koj gives 類聚名義抄 (a Heian-period kanji dictionary) as a source. Daijs doesn't even have it. It's probably archaic but it could just be rare. I think it's safer to ignore terms like this. I don't like having to rely on educated guesses.
