みすぼらしい is more narrowly focused on physical appearance.

The kanji 見 appears in ~5% of usages, so I don't think 見すぼらしい

I don't think we can read too much into hit counts because in English you wouldn't usually use "offline" at all to refer to these sorts of gatherings. You'd just say "meetup", "get-together", etc.
I'm not convinced that "offline meeting" is a common term for this (even after looking through tweets and other online results - most of them are not referring to オフ会, and those that are are typically written by non-native speakers). Compare Google image results for オフ会 and "offline meeting". They're completely different.
"Meetup" clearly dominates. I like "get-together" and "gathering" because they better describe this sort of event.

words/abbreviations that appear on them.

misunderstood as 洗面台.

I've had a chance to dig into the NHK accent dictionary, and it confirms the ふたさら pronunciation and also the さんさら/みさら situation with 三皿. I'll approve this temporarily to shorten the ques but leave it here as a reminder. It would be good to get a long-term solution to the issue of the readings of numerics+counters.

I personally don't have anything to send. The dictionary has been
published in an app for iPhone and Android, and there's a user on
reddit who seems to have been able to pull all of the pitch
accent data from it (although the counter forms don't appear to

I don't think people will do reverse searches for this because in English you'd typically say "swipe left/right" (not "left/right swipe") and therefore it's not something you'd expect to find in a dictionary.
There's no harm in having it but I'd argue it's obvious/not needed.

I don't think it's needed. Too obvious.
I'm not sure if adv should be used for words like 戦中. It's adverbial in the sense that it can be used as a topic without "は" or "には" (e.g. "戦中、多くの犠牲...") but you can't say things like "戦中書かれた本".

ここでいう「授業料」は、学校へ行って払う授業料ではありません。大金を失う羽目になったけど、結果として世の中を知ることができた時につかうセリフです。
this can also be expressed through the figurative use of words like 授業料 but unlike those words, the first page of results on google for 勉強代 seem to be all about this sense.
