I don't think this is needed. 当日 can be used with all sorts of words. It really means "*on* the day of departure" or "the departure day itself". It's not interchangeable with 出発日.

For expressions like these I like to make sure the Text Glossing matches have a chance, so having the ga/wo alternatives covered is appropriate, and 空気を読む and 空気が読めない are good for that. I'd keep 空気読めない too as it's common (probably abbr). Probably no need to delete any, but only add 空気が読めない (I can do that when I get back to my usual system - this tablet is a bit fiddly.)
