I don't know if you want to add it, but there's another sense that 嵌める can have... to wear something, as in the example sentence 彼女は左手の薬指にダイヤの指輪をはめていた, or to wear a pair of gloves. those are essentially covered by meanings #4 and #1, but it seems to me "to wear (a ring, gloves, etc)" might be a useful addition for someone struggling to work out a meaning.

I don't really agree; I think the [tm] tag is just stating an
objective fact (namely, that a company currently maintains a
registered trademark on the term). Trademarks aren't case sensitive in
the U.S. at least, and I don't think the official paperwork even
allows casing to be specified for brand names. (Stylized brand logos
seem to be a separate issue that require separate trademarks). So I
think the capitalization is paying undue deference to the brand.
A 絆創膏 isn't always going to be a Band-Aid®, so to me it looks a 
little odd.

If it's being used as a trademark, it needs to be capitalized accordingly.

I can see the argument for keeping かいもん on this entry (as it's not really a separate word) but I don't like that it introduces unsightly restriction tags (if 買いもの and 買いもん are included as surface forms).
I think this is another illustration of how "hidden" readings/surface forms could be very useful. It would allow us to include -もん forms on other -物/-者 entries without adding any restr tags. I'd argue that even the reading doesn't need to be visible; what matters is that a -もん search takes you to the right entry.

It's frequently xx事件 etc. but if we're looking at the ngrams, I don't think those forms actually
 dominate (though they probably do in the recent coverage). googling "ロー対ウェイドと" I'm seeing several"reliable sources" using it as-is, see above, so I don't agree it's a poor translation.
I'd be ok with it going, but we do have a lot of similar entries and I think we're going to see a lot more usage of this decision (in Japanese-language coverage of/commentary on the US) so it does feel a bit odd to chuck it out with this timing.

I don't think it is the sort of thing users would do a reverse search for. (Who'd expect to find it in a dictionary?) Also, judging from online results, it's almost always followed by 事件, 判決 or 裁判. "ロー対ウェイド" would in most cases be a poor translation of "Roe v. Wade".
I really don't think this is needed. It's not as though the meaning is difficult to decipher.
