I very much doubt that this entry in its current state could cause offence and/or confusion. There are only two senses, and this is the preferred term when referring to milking of an animal. It would look odd leading with "breast pumping".

Normally you order senses based on how common they are, correct? Doing it the other way here without a good reason risks alienating/offending users who happen upon the word as it is most commonly used. suddenly seeing "milking a cow or goat" in the context of human breastfeeding can offend people, but the opposite wouldn't.

I'd leave it as-is. It's not really a distinct sense in that breast pumping is another form of milking. They could be merged.

I agree that the change in cross reference on this entry is indeed an improvement.

We have about 260 entries with mahjong tags, and many of those have n-gram counts in the low 100s. I think a cut-off of about 200 in the n-grams is appropriate, provided it doesn't mean a huge influx.
I think an xref to the リーチ entry is more appropriate.

It could be parsed 大+農場 or 大農+場, which have different meanings. I think it's worth making clear it's the first one. Both 研究社ビジネス英和辞典 and リーダーズ+プラス use it to translate "ranch", etc.

This seems very A+B to me. "Big farm". I don't think it necessarily translates to "ranch", "plantation", etc.
