I was looking at the proportions of the kanji forms, and I agree given the large numbers of kana-only counts it's ok for rK status.
The ichiN tags are indicating membership of the Ichigo list, and probably shouldn't be stripped. Leaving it just on the kana is probably OK, although it hides that both the kanji forms are on the list.

I don't think there's any issue tagging what happens to be the "leading kanji in the kokugos" with [rK]. We have plenty of such entries where the only kanji associated with the word is tagged [rK]. Either way though, [ichi1] should go from the kanji surface forms.

「幸が薄い」とは字の如く、幸せに恵まれないこと、どこか悲しさが漂うさまを意味します。生き生きとした様子が見られない、ネガティブな雰囲気を感じる人に対して使われることが多い言葉です。

https://woman.mynavi.jp/article/200625-12/
世間一般では、「派手さの無い地味な顔」「どことなく寂しそうな顔」「暗い表情をしている顔」「かわいそうな感じの顔」というイメージを持たれがちな顔のことです。

And in contrast to the above descriptions, a more modern interpretation describes the following:
https://domani.shogakukan.co.jp/543893
「幸薄い」とは、儚く大人しそうなイメージがあることを指す言葉です。実際に幸福が少ないのではなく、静かで儚げな「印象」を表すことが多いでしょう。
  Comments:
I'll admit, expressing this term in English is quite elusive, since there aren't many definitions floating around on the web as much as there are image examples of people who give off the 幸薄い vibe.

Not in any of the kokugos or JEs. The supplied ref is a kanji dictionary. Only a handful of examples in Aozora. I think many/most of the ngram hits are false matches.
I don't think this term is specific enough to be "hist".

It seems いなみね is the standard reading for 稲峯, 稲峰, 稲嶺, and 稲領. A brief web search doesn't provide any evidence for いなりょう, but it seems possible at least.

Only providing the above information for context; not necessarily saying anything ought to be merged or deleted.

Chinese names are often written with nakaguro and we probably should include them, especially in very common cases like this one.
Robin is correct on our general rule, but that usually applies to JMdict. Do we make an exception for names? Or split entries like these?

This seems like a guess to me, for a name that might not even be real. I don't think we should include things that we can't firmly attest.

"ひゃくびゃくだ" doesn't bring up any hits for 百々田 on google.
results for "ひゃくぴゃくだ" only lead back to jmnedict.

百々田 only gets one hit on wikipedia, where the reading isn't specified, but 百々田 gets a lot of "momota" on google. Looking through jmnedict, も seems to be a common reading for 百.
