I was looking at the proportions of the kanji forms, and I agree given the large numbers of kana-only counts it's ok for rK status.
The ichiN tags are indicating membership of the Ichigo list, and probably shouldn't be stripped. Leaving it just on the kana is probably OK, although it hides that both the kanji forms are on the list.

Robin is correct on our general rule, but that usually applies to JMdict. Do we make an exception for names? Or split entries like these?

It's probably a penname, but it's "out there". More so than some of the old scraped names.

This seems like a guess to me, for a name that might not even be real. I don't think we should include things that we can't firmly attest.

Re Stephen's question, if there are too many to submit individually email me the list. I have an update utility that can do batches.

"ひゃくびゃくだ" doesn't bring up any hits for 百々田 on google.
results for "ひゃくぴゃくだ" only lead back to jmnedict.

百々田 only gets one hit on wikipedia, where the reading isn't specified, but 百々田 gets a lot of "momota" on google. Looking through jmnedict, も seems to be a common reading for 百.
