The “especially of a prostitute” part seems to be salient according to most dictionaries, which (anecdotally) is congruous with how I've seen the word be used in modern media. Another option would be to add that as a second meaning (“[2][n] (male) lover of a prostitute”). The “see also” note I deemed relevant due to it seeming common among other dictionaries – “間夫” is a fairly obscure term, after all!

Upon further inspection, the reading of 耕 seems to be a truncated form of its kunyomi (たがやす) and the reading of 智 is standard nanori which is commonly used in names which contain it.

The few examples I can find have the reading こうち.

Nintendo employee by the name of Yasutomo Nishibe has his given name spelled as 耕智.

Male given name, the reading of 耕 is irregular nanori
