Comments: | I don't think vi on adverb entries is helpful in most cases. It doesn't tell you whether the word is used like a regular verb or just adjectivally as 〜した/〜している. I wouldn't object to including it on entries where we lead with vs (like this one). |

Comments: | (only ムズムズ on that list is what we're specifically talking about here) I don't think there's an innate rule that says a スル adv can't be vt, although I'm hard-pressed to come up with one that isn't. But くんくん for example has one を-して example on reverso (out of 7). But even if there is indeed such a rule, and all of these スル adv can only be vi, I would expect that only a minority of our users would be aware of that, so I think we should still mark them as vi. |

|
Comments: | The 日本化学会 proposed in 2015 to use「貴ガス」in textbooks, in line with the 2005 recommendation of the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) to henceforth use "noble gas" in English. In light of the recommendation, is the [oK] tag on 「貴ガス」 still valid, or should it be used instead for the other 2 forms 「希ガス」、「稀ガス」 ? |

It’s about using “logic” to continue to press one’s point regardless of the other person’s feelings. |
