This was the documentary. The main voice over said けいしん. At least 2 people in different interviews also pronounced it like this. From this, it seems けいしん is the main reading today, but this isn't yet reflected in the kokugos. We're more agile than them so I think けいしん should lead.

I don't think there's a problem with "New Ainu Law", as that's what "アイヌ新法" means. It's not the gloss that's dated.
I think this format is OK. Wikipedia describes it as a "通称" as opposed to an abbreviation.
Wikipedia says that アイヌ新法 also refers to a newer law passed in 2019 (that replaced the 1997 one). Not sure how we want to incorporate this. A second sense?
