Chujiten puts all the おどらす meanings under a single 踊らす headword (and doesn't even have a 躍らす entry). Unsurprisingly, 踊らす is sometimes/often used with the 躍らす meanings but I assume this is non-standard.

中辞典: がけから身を踊らす throw oneself from the cliff

I've drafted an entry for 躍らす. I just want to draw attention to the example in 中辞典.  It is a bit of a distance from "manipulate" and in fact is close to examples that the other JEs use for 躍らす.
I'll leave this open for a while.

The refs only have the literal "dragon's head" meaning for りゅうず and/or りょうとう/りゅうとう.
According to the kokugos, this 竜の頭の形をした物 sense also applies to りゅうず so there might be a case for merging (with restrictions). Or we could keep them separate and just add this sense to the りゅうず entry.

GG5 and other JEs - only have 竜頭/りゅうず in line with current entry 1553030. Kokugos also only have 竜頭 for りゅうず'.
There is also 竜頭/龍頭/たつがしら (as in Nicolas' reference). It's in several kokugos in the 竜頭 form with the dragon head meaning.
WWW pages and images tend to have 竜頭 (りゅうず) aligned with the watch stem/crown meaning and 龍頭 (たつがしら) with the dragon head shape.

We already have an entry for 竜頭/りゅうず, and with 龍 and 竜 usually being interchangeable we need to sort it out. I propose we leave 1553030 as-is and switch this one to たつがしら.

For the second sense, it seems to be more commonly four people leaning backwards on each other's thighs
