On reflection, I think the "oK" on 啞 is probably appropriate. 啞 is a very rare kanji. It was never in JIS X 0208, but got into JIS X 0212 and was included in JIS X 0213. Shibano's JIS 漢字辞典 simply says it's an old variant of 唖. "oK" really means out-of-date kanji, and this is certainly one. It's not in any of the other kokugo entries for 唖々/唖唖 AFAICT.

 - Repeated reading makes the meaning clear.
 - Even if very difficult book , read it for a hundred times. Then the meanings come to you naturally.
 - Rather than reading too many books, it's better to read a good book times and times.
  Comments:
Trying to make it more proverb-like.

初めはむずかしくてわからない書物も、辛抱して何度も繰り返して読んでいると、おのずと理解できるようになる。
