Yes, I think it's sense 8 (although that sense could be split up).
I've merged "elope" with the "run away" sense. The "to tend heavily (toward)" sense was a duplicate of sense 7. I decided to drop that gloss.
走る is still the most common form for senses 5 and 7 so I've changed "esp." to "occ." It might be worth splitting out 奔る and 趨る into separate entries given that they only apply to these two senses.
