洋杯 [rK] 洋盃 [rK] 骨杯 [ateji,rK]
コップ [gai1,ichi1] コツフ
1. (コップ only) [n] [uk] Source lang: por "copo", dut "kop"
▶ glass (drinking vessel)
▶ tumbler
Cross references:
⇐ see: 1037670 カップ 1. cup (drinking vessel, measure, brassiere, prize, etc.)
2. [n] [uk]
▶ cups (playing card suit)

History:

  Comments:
OK. Keep it; it's only sense 2.
15. A* 2022-01-15 00:30:18  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
It is quite obscure online but it's more frequently occuring in playing card literature than google books would have you believe. I see it on the regular, no exaggeration. It sounds sifferent from コップ but ortographically it fits in, I think. Splitting out would be messy.
14. A* 2022-01-14 21:41:15  Robin Scott <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I'm proposing we don't include コツフ.
13. A 2022-01-14 20:44:39  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
12. A* 2022-01-14 16:35:36  Robin Scott <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I think that form is too obscure to include. It looks out of place alongside コップ, and it doesn't sound anything like the source word.

I struggled a bit trying to get a sensible set of senses. Daijirin has 4 groups with subsenses, GG5 also has 4 senses and 中辞典 has 5. The 4 I proposed are based on GG5's split. They seem to make sense to me, although I think may be possible to collapse them to just two senses without losing much.

Seems like A+B initially, but "sense of immorality" doesn't really convey what this is trying to say. I've seen someone use this word to explain why they're into a certain kind of sexual fetish.
