My issue is that the edit removed the contextual information about the sense that I'm sure Robin intended to include. I didn't think it was overly wordy. If you disagree with that information, that's fine, but I think we need a case to be made that it's not correct or appropriate, and not just an excision.

This entry is becoming quite unwieldy.
I think we can merge senses 4 and 5. The "opinion" glosses are somewhat awkward, in my view. Also, I'm not sure that usage is ever adjectival. Might be better to drop "esp."
I don't think sense 3 should be moved to a separate 的な entry as we'd have to copy over senses 1 and 2 as well.

"dick" is originally a euphemism too - "Ultimately from Dick, pet form of the name Richard. The name Dick came to mean "everyman", whence the word acquired its other meanings." (wiktionary) (though wiktionary also calls "dick" (with the meaning penis) "vulgar")
I've seen ナニ in subtitles to represent quite vulgar words so I think "dick" works ok if it's the last gloss.

junk: 8. 〈米俗〉あそこ、ナニ◆性器(主に男性器)を指す。
  Comments:
I've noticed that ナニ (always in katakana) is frequently used in Japanese subtitles of English-language movies/TV shows with the meaning "penis". I asked a native speaker if this is really an established expression (when I first saw it) and they commented it's at least commonly used like this in subtitles.

It's really a subsense of sense 2 but it seems common enough to get its own sense. "masturbation"/"to have sex" don't seem quite as common (and I haven't encountered the word used like that in the wild/in Jp subtitles either)

I considered creating a separate kana-only entry for ナニ but it can be and is of course used with other senses of 何 too and I wouldn't want to direct users looking up the more innocuous use to the wrong entry.

As was pointed out in the comments below, this isn't a counter. It refers to the event itself. It's not used for counting rounds, legs, etc.
There's also a second usage. On the トーナメント方式 wiki article, 4回戦 means "fourth-round match". Contrast with sense 1, where 4回戦 (in boxing) means "4-round bout".

  Comments:
Does the book say it's pronounced びけ? I see
Takashi Ebashi gives the pronunciation for the
same kanji as "Biki" here (based on Spencer
Palmer's 1891 "Hana-awase" essay)
https://japanplayingcardmuseum.com/6-3-8-0-
henry-spencer-palmer/
Also given as "ビキ” here:
http://puzzlehouse.travel.coocan.jp/PH/kg109/k
g109.html
and as "びーき" in 新言海 (1959, on google
books)
and there's also a "collected works of
Miyatake Gaikotsu" book on google which gives
its as "びき" and suggests "引" as an
alternative kanji.
jpwiki's hanafuda article also has "ビキ
札を合わせる段階で3番目の人。古くは「大引(おおびき)」
と言った。"
The only connection I can find online between
びけ and 尾季 is this snippet on google books:
"おーびけ C大引]骨牌手合の最終の人にて「尾季」" (隠語
辞典集成, 1996)
おーびけ C大引]骨牌手合の最終の人にて「尾季」
Maybe 尾季/びき should be a separate entry?

(I know George through our common interest in
hanafuda and suggested to him to add words
that aren't already in the dictionary)

I'm really just floating this, as it seems to be a way of using the causative form of 触れる that isn't really obvious from the related sense of 触れる ((3) to experience; to come in contact with; to perceive)
I guess it can be seen as "to make someone experience", but I wonder if it isn't best to bring it out in its own entry.

The full dictionary is called 三省堂国語辞典・第七版 (https://dictionary.sanseido-publ.co.jp/dict/ssd13926).
I access mine through the Monokakido dictionary app. It's a modern JP dictionary similar to Shinmeikai or Meikyou, but it tends to
have slang and modern collocations that other dictionaries sometimes omit.
  Comments:
If we include the relevant senses under 的, then indeed this is unnecessary. My only reasoning for making a separate entry for this
was because the "-wise; in terms of" sense is strictly adverbial with に or には. If we clarify that with a comment in a sense under
的, then that might be fine. I feel it is important to be explicit about this sense because it doesn't really derive nicely from "-
ic/-ive/-al" or "-like", but is used frequently in spoken Japanese.

Which "Sanseido kokugo"? It's not in 大辞林.
  Comments:
I am afraid I'm not sure this entry is needed or appropriate. It all hinges on whether XX的に can't really be understood from the straight 的 entry. Exceptions can be set up as their own entries. We have 私的 as an entry and can perhaps have 気持ち的に too - GG5 has it as a sub-entry.

Sanseido Kokugo has sense 2 defined as such:
〔俗〕〔「-に(は)」の形で〕…として。「わたし的には納得できない」(It's hard for me to accept it / agree)「テレビ的には、悪役がいたほうがいい」(In terms of television, it's better if there's an antagonist)

Another example from the internet:
"他のユーザーさんで、ディーゼルでリッター15キロも届かない方がいらして、私には、この情報が信じられないです。乗り方の問題?もしくは車的にハズレ?1度販売店に相談されては?と思いました。".
This "車的にハズレ" should be interpreted as "was it an unlucky draw car-wise?"
  Comments:
I felt this deserved its own entry to encompass the slang meaning of 的に, which is hard to derive from the glosses "-like; kind of; sort of;" in the definition for 的.
The first sense is meant as a fallback for the non-slang usage of 的に as an adverbial suffix, which is a direct extension of the official use of 的.
The second sense is meant to cover things like 気持ち的に, 私的に, 仕事的に, テレビ的に, 車的に etc.

  Comments:
I think we need to be a bit case-by-case on this. 由緒ある is in many of the JE examples, and accounts for almost half the use of 由緒. I'd let it go in.

ある can be used like this with many different words. We have a couple as entries but I think our policy is to not accept any more.

白藍 is in 色名がわかる辞典 and daijs which is described as a very pale indigo.
is mentioned in the 色名がわかる辞典 entry: "近い色の顔料に藍白あいじろがある。"

searching for "indigo white" I found this: https://encycolorpedia.com/ebf6f7
"The color indigo white (aijiro) with hexadecimal color code #ebf6f7 is a very light shade of cyan."

searching for "ebf6f7", it's described as "pale cyan" and "azure"

How do you explain a color? Unless you add the actual hex code for it. Reading this makes me think it's a shade of white. What else could be
added?

  Comments:
This literal translation of the kanji is close to useless. It needs an explanation and context.
