So I first edited this entry thinking it
was just かの, not both あの、かの. I agree
the "that well-known" doesn't work for あ
の, but based on those tweets and the
sources mentioned there, I think there's a
good case for splitting out かの as "that
(well-known)" or sth like it.

Daijr has the headword as アジア, with a note at the very end of the entry saying 亜細亜とも書く.
There’s no entry for 亜細亜 in wisdom.
The JP wiki page for アジア makes no mention of 亜細亜.
Should we make アジア the primary headword/reading here? If not, maybe we could do so in a separate entry?

I think it's a bit Jinglishy to use clinic for 科 so widely. I don't know about elsewhere but here we'd more likely say "department". "clinic" is used, but more fro free-standing outfits; not so much for parts of hospitals, etc.
3. A* 2020-07-24 13:34:43  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I think everything with 科 is used at
leadt informally to mean "clinic" too
e.g.
ara-kou.com
page title: "東京の肛門科なら荒川外科肛門科"
(but the actual name of the
clinic/hospital is 荒川外科肛門医院)
and
komon-clinic.com
page title: 肛門科|東京の肛門科をお探しなら専門
医【豊島園大腸肛門科】へ
(and the official name of this clinic
seems to be xxx肛門科 as above)

on a side note, google is displaying "a do
you think you've contracted covid-19?
Please follow the authorities' directiona"
kind of warning when I search for 肛門科...
seems they're going overboard a little.

I thought about that, but held back. Images are skewed towards pages with images and don't necessarily reflect general usage (as well as there being issues with Google's looser indexing of images.) I think that works. I'll tweak the ステップメール entry.
3. A* 2020-07-26 01:00:55  Richard Warmington <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
1) I agree that my original submission was wordy. But I believe this type of marketing is better described as targeting specific scenarios (シナリオ) rather than specific potential customers per se.

The system works by applying if-then rules. 例えば「ユーザーが●●のメールを開封したら、●●のURLをクリックしたら、●●の商品を購入したら、このメールを次に送る」というような筋書き沿って配信されるのがシナリオメールです。As described here, the rules are
based on the behaviors of users, not their identity.

There's a flowchart for how these rules are applied on the webpage the above quote comes from: https://www.cuenote.jp/library/marketing/scenario-problem-solution.html

Maybe you could lengthen the definition slightly like this: "automatic marketing emails tailored to specific responses of potential customers".

2) By the way, I see you added another entry ステップメール 1. automatic marketing emails tailored to specific potential customers

From what I've read, ステップメール is considered to be different from シナリオメール in that "step-mail" is sent at set intervals, whereas "scenario-mail" is sent in response to user actions. See, for example, the heading ステップメー
ルの基本 on the following page:
https://boxil.jp/mag/a78/

In that example, emails are sent on the following fixed schedule:
- Day 1 (greetings)
- One week later (any problems?)
- One month later (information about a related product)
- Three months later (request a product review)
(regardless of the actions of the user)

In short, シナリオメール are tailored to user responses while ステップメール are based on a fixed schedule.

Seems this is also called a "cannon shot" in English. There's also キャノンショット (1157) which is the same thing according to GG5. I need to think about that.

I've seen this in the news (for Greta).
For Carl Peter, I think ツンクベルク is the
most common. トゥーンベリ is the closest to
the actual (Swedish) pronunciation.
