This certainly seems to have a strictly noun sense available, basically "stealth as a concept". Granted it is uncommon by comparison to [1] and [3].  I'd hate to throw away all of the adj glosses just because this can be a noun though.

I checked a few English dictionaries (MW, Oxford, Collins). They all have "Tokyoite" but not "Edokko."

It looks like "Edokko" is a name commonly used by restaurants. Not quite the same as what this entry is describing.

daijr/daijs keeps 余 & 予 together; none of my other kokugos does (except oubunsha kogo), nor does gg5

i wouldn't implement the split as proposed, but we could split into 余;餘[oK] and 予 with xrefs between them for the shared sense.  i think it makes sense.

the 餘 might be worth recording here because it is [oK] for senses 1 & 2, but not for 3 (which is the original meaning of 余)

Really?  I think the 2/3 rule requires a split:
1. Kanji: {余, 餘[oK]}, Reading: よ, Meaning: "over; more than"
2. Kanji: {余, 予},     Reading: よ, Meaning: "I; me"
The two terms have only the reading in common. Kanji and meaning are both different. So this is 1/3, not 2/3.
Daijirin, Daijisen, Nikkoku all split.  Only Kojien does not split.

jawiki, native informer, kokugos

kokugos don't split or mention it applies to babies  but wiki does. and 2 native informers were only aware of baby bathing meaning.

This all seems very strange. GG5's definition and example seem to contradict, but I think the inconsistency is coming from the 倍, which normally means "times" or "fold" when it follows a number, but then you get cases where its a fraction (GG5 examples):

- 3,000倍の硝酸銀溶液 a 「1/3000 [1 to 3000] silver nitrate solution.

All my refs support the translation given. I agree that that common meaning for 競争率が高い and 高い競争率 doesn't seem consistent, but that's just the way it is.

The English word "MILF" itself doesn't really imply that somebody necessarily wants to have sex with somebody.
The Google dictionary for example suggests: "a sexually attractive older woman, typically one who has children."
The Oxford English Dictionary defines the term as "an attractive and stylish young mother" (according to enwiki, whose own definition on the other hand doesn't 
mention motherhood). Cambridge.org suggests "a sexually attractive woman who is a mother". Notably nobody seems to be defining it as "a mother who the speaker, 
by using this word to describe them, is indicating a desire to have sex with", so the word obviously has a meaning beyond what's implied by spelling out the 
acronym.
I don't think 2 different senses are called for. It's not as if "MILF" is exclusively used in porn contexts in English. A "MILF" and a "sexually attractive 
woman" both seem to refer to the same two things, in most cases. That a "sexually attractive older woman" appears in an X-rated movie doesn't meaningfully 
change the meaning of the word used to describe her. We don't split おっぱい in this way, for example.
I also think the word is always [col], bordering on [vulg], whether in a porn context or not. native informer, Osakan in her 30's: "ちょっと下ネタ的なニュアンス
が感じられる"

Apparently for technical reasons, we can't currently use [dial=std].

I guess "ktb" (関東弁) includes Tokyo dialect. There might be disagreement on that.
None of my refs besides daijisen describe this as dialectal, though.

This should actually be いだかせる but I don't think we need it. It's just the causative form of 抱く. No ref has it as an entry.

We had some doubts about it back it 2007 when he said it.  I don't think it's really part of the Japanese lexicon.

Do we need this? Seems like an odd thing to have as an entry. Also, it's not "sensitive"; no one would use it in serious contexts (except Mr Yanagisawa, of course...) It would only be used now to mock sexist attitudes (or to refer to the original quote).
