I'm struggling to see it used in other than anime characters, product names, etc. OTOH with 800+ in the n-grams. it's useful, if only to help text parsing/glossing. We probably need some way to deal with what are effectively katakana transcriptions which appear in reasonable quantities.

I think this is just 国民+力. It's not common, and not in any references. I'm dropping it.
BTW, a Twitter, etc. search URL is NOT an adequate reference.

social distancing "strategy" isn't an
ideal translation.
it's not
"What's your personal social distancing
strategy?"
but the strategy of social distancing as a
weapon to combat viral spread. I think the
original submission was less ambigious.

大徳

History:

  Comments:
I considered it, but decided not to:
- it's old, we'd need an "ok" on the reading, but that doesn't really help get the "arch" message across.
- the だいとこ reading would only apply to the 2nd sense, which means the other two senses would need restrictions put on them.
In general we'd avoid merging on the basis of a little-used form that only applied to one of the lower-ranked senses.

Term refers to an 80's car model. It was renamed to Quinto Integra クイントインテグラ. I think back then it was a rather common term due to the model popularity.

Should this entry be moved to Jmnedict? Car models are not in the editorial policy proper names list.
