OK. I think the gloss needs to be more descriptive, though. "Japanese-English character dictionary" doesn't mention "kanji" anywhere, and "kanji to English" is an odd expression.

Yes, but I think the entry is rather over merged. 刺青 is mainly read しせい, with いれずみ as a gikun reading; just as 文身 is really ぶんしん, etc.
I think this should be broken into 4 entries. I know it's convenient to have the いれずみ/tattoo entry in one place but it's ended up a mess. If others agree I will do the split.

I like keeping the terms in the indices complete as it helps identify modifications to the sentences themselves. Around 50-70 sentences get changed each week and I have software that tracks and identifies the changes. The completeness of the indices is central to this.
