I agree. 
There's a bit a grey area where a term is derived from a passage, but is not a quotation or a proverb. It would be nice to have a succinct way of indicating the etymology, e.g. <<deriv. from 史記 passage>> or <<based on 古事記 passage>>.

I don't think this entry is necessary, since it should be handled by conjugation tables in client software. For example, wwwjdic finds a search for 来い and returns:
 来い (etc.) See: 来る
It does NOT redirect you to 来る if you search for こい, however, this is an issue with wwwjdic's implementation, not with the dictionary itself.  So I do not think 来い should be added here.
