誰にも過ちがある - everyone makes mistakes / [lit] there are mistakes *in* everyone
  Comments:
I'd like to suggest splitting the senses according to the uses of に, so that each sense has a different meaning. "Anyone" can appear in positive sentences so I don't think a positive/negative split is the way to go.
For this proposed split to work, we'd need example sentences indexed for each sense, but I think this approach is ultimately clearer.
I should note that even with this split, a single sense may contain multiple meanings of に.
