Comments: | Sorry to reopen this. 新和英中辞典 is the abridged version of GG5 so their glosses are usually the same. I don't think this refers to the freshly exposed form. That daijr definition is just describing what happens when it's exposed to the air. Looking at the kokugo definitions, I'm fairly confident that "arsenic mineral" is the best translation here (and I'm not really convinced by "arsenious anhydride"). |
