noun
a list or directory of facts about notable people.

i think lower-case was in fact correct. it appears that it's a common noun now, in which case it should stay here. it could be two senses but lower-case alone is probably enough

あるとしても
1. [exp]
▶ if ever

History:
3. D 2019-08-27 03:20:24  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>

Yes, it's very much ある + としても, and the latter is an entry already. I'll drop it.
2. A* 2019-08-25 13:08:52  Robin Scott <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I think this entry could cause a lot of confusion.
The literal translation ("even if there is"/"even if it happens") is also the most common one. Only in very specific circumstances could it be translated as "if ever", etc.
I did a Google news search for "あるとしても", and I couldn't find any results in the first few pages where the above glosses would fit.
I can see how "if ever/if at all" would be useful to have in an EJ dictionary, but あるとしても is much more obvious. I don't think it's needed here.

Like Rene, I'm not sure this is needed. I feel it would be better as part of an example sentence.
We wouldn't usually add expressions in 〜て form unless they have a non-obvious meaning and appear exclusively in that form. This one is literal and not even especially common.
