Comments: | So it seems that べたっと and べたりと can mean floppingly or sticking, or both. ぺたり(と)is already an entry: "(adv-to) (on-mim) slapping on; flopping down". GG5 has ぺたっと with the same meaning. It also seems from the GG5, etc. glosses that the べた/ぺた is interchangeable, and that ペタッと is the most common variant. They could go in here, or be a separate entry. |

Comments: | I don't think it would be appropriate to have entry for ちい. It doesn't have a part of speech. As for a threshold, I'm not sure, but I went through the most common adjectives ending with しい and found that おいちい (from 美味しい) is far more common than any other 〜ちい variant (and the only one more common than the examples I gave below). So if we were to add any of them, I would suggest おいちい (but none of the others). However, I'm still not sure it's really necessary. |

Comments: | I don't think this should be an entry. Replacing しい with ちい is one of many ways that people intentionally misspell words (usually to sound cute). Many other adjectives can be written like this. With the exception of extremely common examples, I believe they should be ignored. |
