A very literal "it's not like this; it's not like that either", maybe? I don't know. I do think the entry is OK as it is.

I don't think it would be appropriate to have entry for ちい. It doesn't have a part of speech.
As for a threshold, I'm not sure, but I went through the most common adjectives ending with しい and found that おいちい (from 美味しい) is far more common than any other 〜ちい variant (and the only one more common than the examples I gave below).
So if we were to add any of them, I would suggest おいちい (but none of the others). However, I'm still not sure it's really necessary.

This is deleted now, but I just want to raise two points:
- is it worth have an entry for ちい explaining it's a cute variant of しい in certain adjectives.
- what's a suitable threshold for "extremely comm". Is "うれちい 7149" making the grade? (far less common than 嬉しい).

I don't think this should be an entry. Replacing しい with ちい is one of many ways that people intentionally misspell words (usually to sound cute). Many other adjectives can be written like this.
With the exception of extremely common examples, I believe they should be ignored.
