Well, the point you are making is plainly wrong, "-chan" is clearly among the suffixes that "yobisute" indicates you're not using. Daijisen says "「君」「様」「さん」_など_の敬称" (my emphasis). Koj mentions 殿・様・さん・君. That doesn't mean we need to include "殿" or さま here, it's not an exhaustive list.
The wording you're suggesting doesn't make sense to me either, "even '-sama'" seems to imply that "-sama" would be the least polite of the suffixes listed, when it's quite the opposite.

"硬く" is just the adverb form of the 硬い adjective. We don't usually include these unless they are, for whatever reason, included in one 
or more major dictionaries. Also I still don't think this should be an entry. Like Jim Rose pointed out, it ignores the differences 
between the different kanji, and also ignores all other meanings held by かたくなる outside of "to become stiff". GG5 is often not the best 
guide for what to include, I think. No かたくなる is not an entry in daijs or daijr. (though 硬くなる alone is in nikk)

I read the comments posted when the 硬くなる、固くなる、堅くなる　entry was differentiated from 硬い、堅い、固い.

My questions:  why doesn't the dictionary form occur in the dictionary?  固く is defined on EOW as

whereas 硬くis defined as

Seems to me the most important entry, the dictionary root form, is the most important... might be two different entries (固く;堅く) and (硬く;堅く) and is missing.  Not

I just want to note that the n-grams are from 12 years ago and many terms have been coined or gained traction since then.

Doesn't seem to appear in major dictionaries, but listed many places as the fifth part of the 五色の金 from old Japanese along with the other colored kun-yomi metals:  こがね, しろがね, あかがね, and くろがね, all included already.  Most references seem to say あおがね refers to lead, some to tin, and a few to bronze (presumably due to verdigris).
