Comments: | I think "嫌な思い(を)する/させる” are very common idiomatic set phrases, which is why I think this is worth including. Having just "嫌な思い" allows it to appear for both searches with and without the を, I was thinking, but I see that を-less versions aren't all that common, at least not in the ngrams, and the "unpleasant situation" is probably too confusing as a gloss. |
