Go to https://www.edrdg.org/cgi-bin/wwwjdic/wwwjdic?10 and put in てからは. You'll see 12 sentences which are all that sort of pattern. It's a conjunction use of から. Makino & Tsutsui discuss it in their から entries in their Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar. |
