Daijs, koj and meikyo have 手技/てわざ. That's why I merged submission 2834008 with this entry.
Koj has a combined 手業・手技 entry with both these senses. Daijs and Meikyo only have the judo sense for 手技/てわざ.

I'm suggesting:
(a) dropping 手技 from this entry. None of the major references have it read てわざ. The Kokugos only have it as しゅぎ.
(b) dropping the note from sense 2. None of the references have a martial arts explanation for 手技.

I don't think the meaning is that obvious. Since we just dropped 手っ取り早く言えば, which is in a GG5 example, I think it's worth keeping this.
