Might make sense to split out the 2nd sense by the way. It's a little awkward having a sense restricted to じゃ when the entry leads with じゃあ

  Comments:
I think ksb is plain wrong, can't recall ever hearing anybody use it in Kansai where I've now spent more than a decade of my life. I've only heard it in
anime and dubs for "stereotypical old person talk". Also one or both of the comedians in the duo 千鳥, who both hail from Okayama, use it.
Same note could (should?) go on じゃろう

This is most often read as おみせ, but with a different meaning. Worth explaining/creating an entry for it? Normally I wouldn't support an entry for something that is basically お+店, but having only this entry for お店 can confuse dictionary users.

This word does have an entry in daijs,

gg5, eij
  Comments:
This is just 店・たな with 御 prefixed to it, the meaning seems to be exactly the same, gg5 doesn't list お店 as a separate entry, and eij only recognises the meaning 'shop' which would suggest the reading おみせ is more common.

we don't merge 鉤 and 鍵, so i think that if it's needed the hook-shaped sense should be handled by adding 鍵型/鍵形 as [iK] to the 鉤型/鉤形 entry and leaving only the key-shaped sense here. but web support for 鍵型=hook-shaped seems to be pretty low, so it could perhaps be dropped

Interesting. I thought the term was reserved for groups produced by a Japanese (or Korean) talent agency.
I was going to say that a boy band like One Direction would never be described as an アイルドグループ but I see that they often are (although they'd usually be called a ボーイズグループ).
One difference is that "アイドルグループ" doesn't include pop-rock boy bands that play instruments (e.g. the early-2000s UK band "Busted") but explaining that here is probably too much for a dictionary entry.
