  Comments:
I'd like to suggest splitting the senses according to the uses of に, so that each sense has a different meaning. "Anyone" can appear in positive sentences so I don't think a positive/negative split is the way to go.
For this proposed split to work, we'd need example sentences indexed for each sense, but I think this approach is ultimately clearer.
I should note that even with this split, a single sense may contain multiple meanings of に.

even though it is "nokanji", i don't think we would normally keep a reading merged together with a headword with which it cannot possibly correspond. じゃねー/じゃねぇ cannot match じゃ無い, so i don't think they should be in here.

i am more indifferent on ぢゃない, but given that it's marked ik, and corresponds to only one of the headwords, i think it should be split out

You guys, not me, are the ones making a dictionary and it's in your
interest, not necessarily mine, that the dictionary is as complete as
possible. The way I see it, I'm doing you a favor by letting you know
that hey, this one common word is missing, you might want to include it.
Being met with a hostile sourpuss attitude because I didn't hand it to
you on a silver plate is simply unbecoming, especially when it would have
taken you 5 seconds of effort to realize it's included in other major
dictionaries. Apparently you (Rene) thought that time (and then some) was
wiser spent on "schooling" me. I get that this is a volunteer effort for
you too, but if doing even the minimal amount of work needed to confirm a
simple entry suggestion like this is a bother, then maybe you should ask
yourself why you've decided to take up lexicography as a hobby in the
first place.

https://www.italianfoodexcellence.com/the-radicchio-family/

https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radicchio
  Comments:
this one is slightly confusing. the japanese term comes from the french name (Trévise) for an italian city (Treviso) made into a common noun (trévise).

there is a protected geographical indication for a kind of radicchio from the Treviso region, which is called "Radicchio Rosso di Treviso"; however, this type of radicchio has a very distinctive shape, and a google image search for トレビス suggests that トレビス (and トレヴィス) is being used to refer indiscriminately to all kinds of radicchio (red chicory), and daijr simply says "赤芽チコリとも。"

on the other hand, if you search for トレビーゾ, you will get definite image matches for the cultivar called "Radicchio Rosso di Treviso"

the french wiktionary link also suggests that trévise means "radicchio", and the french wikipedia page for radicchio says that radicchio is sometimes *incorrectly* called "trévise" in french.

"treviso" and "trevise" don't seem to get much play outside of "Radicchio Rosso di Treviso"

so i think the best gloss for this is simply "radicchio"

in summary:
トレビス = radicchio (from the incorrect french name "trévise" for radicchio)
トレビーゾ = "Radicchio Rosso di Treviso" (a protected name for a cultivar of radicchio from the italian place of origin Treviso)

Well, they're harmless and given that they occur fairly often I think they're useful to confirm that an expression is recognized and in use. I've often put together what I thought was a usable phrase/clause/whatever in Japanese or French and been told: "well, you *could* possibly say that but we're more likely to say ....". It's good to be able to check the pattern.
I'm inclined to keep this and the others.

Built from 辛物 (2841723). Maybe a little obvious, but useful in association with 辛物.
