  Comments:
I'd like to suggest splitting the senses according to the uses of に, so that each sense has a different meaning. "Anyone" can appear in positive sentences so I don't think a positive/negative split is the way to go.
For this proposed split to work, we'd need example sentences indexed for each sense, but I think this approach is ultimately clearer.
I should note that even with this split, a single sense may contain multiple meanings of に.

見せパン

I'm, er, comfortable with that.
8. A* 2019-10-11 18:27:21  Rene Malenfant <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
on the 見せパン page, wikipedia claims that it's an abbr of 見せても良いパンツ and "...スカートなどの中が見えてしまっても恥ずかしくないようにと、見せパンが生まれた。", in which case the current gloss (though needlessly long) is correct. however, the wikipedia page for パンツ says simply "他人に見られることを前提にした下着を「見せパン」と呼ぶ。"

also, i agree that web hits support women clearly intentionally showing off their 見せパン (although that may just be because the web hits are generally for sites trying to sell 見せパン, and the alternative to women clearly posing for those underwear pictures would be photos that would look like creepy upskirt shots)

so i don't really have a problem with "panties made to be seen". it is certainly more concise. "show-off panties" might not be appropriate. i have restored & shortened the other gloss, but i'm not fussy about whether it needs to be kept.

There's nothing in those reference extracts about "not be embarrassing if accidentally seen". WWW images for 見せパン are full of examples where the underwear is plainly meant to be seen. I think the previous glosses were accurate and MUCH shorter.

yes, either we should abandon it entirely or figure out some way of automating the process. i suppose [n-pr] does sometimes add clarity to an entry, but overall my guess is that it is almost always obvious from the english gloss whether it is a proper or common noun. probably not needed since it was introduced late in the game, without ever broadly applying it

(if we're deleting PoS, maybe we can finally change all the [n-t] entries to [n]. that tag has been applied quite inconsistently as well)

Overhand Pass
To execute an overhand pass, the player moves underneath the ball and controls it with the fingertips. The cup of the fingers is made
so that the thumbs and forefingers are close together and the other fingers are spread. The hands are held forehead high, with elbows
out and level with the floor. The player, when in receiving position, looks ready to shout upward through the hands. The player contacts
the ball above eye level and propels it with the force of sp

  Comments:
Google image search for オーバーパス: lots of volleyball
Google video search for オーバーパス: lots of volleyball
Google news search for オーバーパス: Maybe 15/85 volleyball/infrastructure

This appears to be a natural shortening of オーバーハンドパス, "Overhand Pass" which already has an entry in this dictionary. youtube video search results for either long "オーバーハンドパス" バレー or short "オーバーパス" バレー are endless.

While an "overhand pass" could theoretically exist in many sports(google image search pulls up basketball, but you can't actually find the term), actual verifiable references seem to overwhelmingly correspond to volleyball, and the weblio daijisen reference specifically identifies volleyball as well even for they full オーバーハンドパス.

Maybe オーバーパス should also be added to the オーバーハンドパス entry?

I suspect that volleyball represents a rather large percentage of real-world use of this term, even vs. infrastructure.

オーバーパワーオーバー・パワー

I just want to note that the "(カタカナ発音)" entries in Eijiro are simply katakana transcriptions of English words. They're not translations.

チョコボ	391262
  Comments:
チョコボ is a useful comparison. It's (correctly) an entry in JMnedict, and very common. However, there's no way it would be mistaken as a gairaigo derived from a common English verb.
Anyway I'll drop it. If someone comes across it and is not into games terminology they're on their own.
10. A* 2019-10-13 01:27:11  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I don't think "overpower" is misleading/wrong as that's the etymology. I agree with Robin that this shouldn't be an entry. I'm sure many
Final Fantasy terms like "chocobo" for example will get way more than 5k hits in the ngrams but they still don't have a place in jmdict.
9. A* 2019-10-12 22:56:07  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
As I wrote initially: "Just need to flag that it doesn't seem to be "overpower" in its usual English sense."
Given that it gets over 5k in the n-grams, and that Eijiro has "オーバーパワー〔カタカナ発音〕 : overpower" which is misleading and probably wrong, I think it's useful to have some entry to counter that. The FF dictionary has "斧術士のアクション。" which isn't a lot of use - we don't have an entry for 斧術士 (22 n-gram count.)
8. A* 2019-10-12 21:07:06  Robin Scott <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I was implying that it shouldn't be an entry if it's only used in the way I described. It's appears to be a name that refers to different things in different games; therefore it's not possible to define. It's very common in Japanese video games to make up names for things by combing common English words. They're not worth recording unless they're generic terms.
