I'm inclined to wave it through with an "obsc" tag. I do think it's rather marginal, but I 
rather like being at the cutting edge of inclusion. Sure, having the reassurance of other 
dictionaries is good, but there's nothing wrong with leading off.
I wondered about adding ボミット, but it seems mostly to come from a band name.

By "widely used" used I meant "common", which I do think is a requirement when the word isn't any dictionary. We don't have anything else to go on.
The fact it only gets ~50 hits on Twitter within the past 6 months suggests to me that very few native speakers have ever seen it, let alone used it.
I think to add it would be like adding "kawaiify" (which is in Urban Dictionary) to an EJ dictionary. It's so obscure that it's not worth recording.

I've been mulling this over, and frankly I don't think it really is worth adding. We have 
entries for 上位, 上流, 中産階級 and 中流階級, the combinations are obvious and relatively 
uncommon. Readers-Plus has 上位中流階級 and アッパーミドルクラス for "upper middle class", but 
that's really explaining the English phrase for Japanese speakers; not reflecting it's a 
lexical item in Japanese.
I'll propose an entry for アッパーミドルクラス. I think that's common enough.
