Well レーンボー is in Daijirin and Daijisen. Curious. It may as well stay as it's harmless.

I think レンボー is a name. It doesn't appear to mean "rainbow".
Also, do we need レーンボー? The n-gram counts are tiny. To me, [ik] signifies a spelling that's irregular/incorrect but somewhat common. It gets zero Google image results.

Many hits are for メイドイナビス、but there are others. The site I linked to is older than the manga. (Also, it seems to be used for spelunking in Chinese.)

If it's only used in this manga, I don't think we should be adding it.

Hmmm. It's getting Googits, but it's so specific to a particular context (a manga series) it has the risk of being ephemeral.
