I've reorganised the first two senses in an attempt to make them more distinct.
Added a "to think (that); to judge; to believe" sense. We didn't have a single gloss for this meaning.
Reordered the other senses and revised the glosses.
I don't think "to suspect; to doubt" is a separate sense. It only means "doubt" when preceded by "ではないか". I've added "suspect" to the new sense 3.

I try and avoid "/" within glosses as it is used as the separator between glosses  in the EDICT editions, and clients often replace it with ";" and the like. I guess it's harmless that way, amd more apps are using the JMdict version now.
