I think レブル can go. It's not in the refs and most online hits are irrelevant.
The kokugos have a "水平面。水平線" sense but it's not adjectival so I've dropped sense 4 and made a new (broader) sense using some of the sense 1 glosses.

近頃では、若者に限らず、「煮詰まってしまっていい考えが浮かばない」のように「行き詰まる」の意味で使われることが多くなっている。本来は誤用。2の意は1900年代後半に始まるようである。「行き詰まる」の意は1950年ころの使用例があるが、広まったのは2000年ころからか。
文化庁が発表した平成19年度「国語に関する世論調査」では、「7日間に及ぶ議論で、計画が煮詰まった」を、本来の意味である「(議論や意見が十分に出尽くして)結論の出る状態になること」で使う人が56.7パーセント、間違った意味「(議論が行き詰まってしまって)結論が出せない状態になること」で使う人が37.3パーセントという結果が出ている。
