I glossed 16強/ベスト16 as "round of 16" and 8強/ベスト8 as "quarterfinals/quarterfinal round" because I think the actual use I've seen 
of those words fit that translation, but looking at the daijs definition for this (and 8) I'm not so sure any longer if they should maybe 
be glossed as "final sixteen"/"final eight, quarterfinalists".
