The current meanings are all fairly extreme -- which makes sense given the literal meaning of the characters -- but the phrase can be used with a less profane nuance as well.  As in the example sentence (文法なんかくそくらえだ。 Grammar be hanged.). The reference links have a few examples translated as "dang silly", "nuts to that", and "stuff it". It shows up in the Japanese Harry Potter series as the translation for "codswallop".  I've condensed those into "nonsense!" as a second meaning... please add, change, or delete as you see fit.

Lolita is defined in 英英 dictionaries available online 
as "precociously seductive girl", "sexually precocious 
girl", but daijr's definition is actually "あどけない" 
e.g. innocent. They use it together with 女の子 rather 
than the initial "少女" though which I guess is slightly 
more ambiguous than 少女 and can also be translated as 
"childish young woman".

The proposed glosses don't work for the sentences I found. I can't see a way of translating what is essentially just a subject marker. Here, all it's doing is mocking the way people sound.

Could maybe still need some work.
