Also though changing the PoS abbreviation from [cop-da] to [cop] might be ideal, I wouldn't have a problem redefining [cop-da] to

I know that the "K" stands for "kitchen", but to me the "reading" of １Ｋ is ワンケー. When I was renting an a apartment in Tokyo it was a 2LDK, and was always spoken of as a ツーエルディーケー. And ワンケー can't really be called wasei.
