Comments: | At first I thought せうゆ might have been 旧仮名遣い for 醤油 but I see that's シヤウ in all the kokugos. せうゆ in fact is not in any kokugos, but the Q/A quoted seems to indicate that it is an old reading - it's an interesting discussion. We don't usually include 旧仮名遣い but I think せうゆ can probably stay as "old kana". |
