https://news.nicovideo.jp/watch/nw3765080
同じく、関西弁をアレンジしたのは、「タレ」。女性のことだ。2人がまだ関西ローカルのアイドル芸人だったころ、本命彼女ではなく、遊び相手や体だけのカンケイである異性を表現するときに、突如使いだした。「タレをかく」。これは、女性をいただくという下世話な意味だ。今ではもう、関西でも古いタイプの芸人しか使わない。
「タレは本来、焼き肉のタレなど、食に用いるワードですが、松本さんが調味すると意味がまったく異なります。

I'm confused about sense 3. Wikipedia lists two separate meanings (alignment in D&D style games, and the meaning used in video games), and I'm mostly familiar with the latter meaning.

I'm fine with keeping "alignment" (D&D meaning) but "character class" usually means the character's _profession_ (warrior, ranger, cleric etc.) and has little to do with 属性

水属性の敵 means an enemy that's probably strong against attacks that classify as "water" but weak against attacks of a different type. You would do well to choose an attack that doesn't do water damage, or equip items that provide resistance to water damage (because the enemy deals water damage)

I would translate this simply as "element" most of the time, even though the categories don't always match the classical four or chinees five elements. "type" would be a good translation too.

Since だ is explicitly listed as an equivalence, a reader will likely subconsciously infer that it is a copula regardless of how well they are acquainted with the term, I will agree it is not strictly necessary.
However, I think it should be included for the sake of consistency rather than necessity: なり is ラ変, it is a 助動詞, and it is a copula; to not include all of them is arbitrary and undermines the purpose of the tag: if things will not have a tag when it applies, why have a tag at all?

Dropping the [adv] tags from the first two senses, which are only tagged as nouns in the kokugos. Sankoku describes sense [2] as 古風.

Adding a new adverbial sense from the kokugos. Shinmeikai defines it as "「まことに」の省略表現。" and Sankoku says it's also 古風. I'm copying our glosses from entries 2820720 (じつに) and 1381160 (まことに).

Changing the final sense from [adv,n] to [int]. It's not in the smaller kokugos and daijirin has it tagged as '感'

I agree with Robin; I think a Japanese term needs to be fairly well accepted in English to have the romanized form as the gloss. "okonomiyaki" would make the grade, but "wasei eigo" is not on the radar.
I see the JEs say things like "English word or phrase coined in Japan" (GG5). That's not true - the point is that they're not real English.

I don't think we need etymological info for an archaic term. Shinmeikai doesn't mention it. I also don't think it's helpful to describe it as a "supplementary form". It's not clear what it means.

Proposals: Slightly more detailed explanation concerning morphology/etymology. Cross-references to the morphemes that make up said morphology/etymology. Addition of tag [vr]; being made from あり has the consequence of ざり's conjugation table being of the ラ変 pattern.
Removal of [2] and subsequent relocation into its own entry as the two ざり bear no direct connection to each other; however, as this last suggestion is not consistent with other entries that will often group distinct homographs under one item - such as the entry for the auxiliary ない - I will not object to its rejection.
