	Comments:	I agree こんにちわ can be considered an ik of "今日は". I think it makes sense to look at absolute numbers when deciding what to include as sk/sK (something that should maybe be discussed on the Github). I don't think it makes sense to add sk/sK forms that barely register in the ngrams (which we have been doing in some obscure-ish entries), but these misspelled forms (that I think used to be included in the こんにちわ entry or somewhere) do get a couple of thousand hits. I wouldn't mind excluding them but since removing them in the first place did meet with some opposition from Jim (IIRC?), I figured he'd want to include them now that we can do so pretty painlessly.

Also, given that こんにちわ is pronounced identically to こんにちは, I think we can consider こんにちわ a reading of 今日は (and therefore drop the [nokanji] tag). I don't think "used during daytime" note is needed. It can be inferred from the glosses. Do we really need こにちわ and こにちは, even as sk forms? Aren't they just typos?

	Comments:	I've been digging into this. It seems that one of the things that 保健所 do is provide some facilities and exchange/new-owner services for cats and dogs. This is one of a whole list of "extra" things they do. Whether it really rates as a second sense to the entry is something I can't judge. I suspect not - it's more a matter for something like the Wikipedia entry. BTW, this is covered in one line in the Wikipedia entry as a bullet point under "対物保健", viz, "野犬・野良猫等の管理、引き取り先の募集（里親募集）"
