I think the drug senses should come first. They're definitely the most common.
I don't think we need a general "drag" sense. As far as I can tell, it's always used in a computing context. Also, "to highlight" was too specific.

Works for me. Most of what I see is sense 1.

Sense 4 was my attempt at merging senses 2 and 3 (so that our entry is in line with the kokugos).
Going by daijr's sense 2 and daijs's sense 3 definitions, I still feel this is the best approach.

It's true that "cut (of meat)" still means "part" of the body, but I still think it'd be more helpful to split it out into its own sense.

I realise this compositional but it was suggested to me by a correspondent who found the text-glossing in WWWJDIC didn't handle 大ごちそう, and was also unable to find out whether it was おおごちそう or だいごちそう. I see both readings mentioned in WWW pages, but clearly おおごちそう is more common.
