When the novice sees "ゆずり" as a prefix it is fairly easy to recognise that it is the masu form of "ゆずる". When it follows an ordinary word like "おかあさん", the connection is not so clear. I still think we should split though because -様 for

ksb, at best. It's a strenuous connection for a merge
