Doesn't mean "say cheese" in Japanese.

The note on sense 01 is more of an explanatory gloss than a note.
I think sense 01 is overloaded with meaning and should be split. There's a set phrase / everyday greeting sense (こんにちは) and there's a sense of deliberately messaging / going to visit someone on some special occasion.
sankoku: ③礼儀を示すために、相手をたずねること。「先生のお宅に結婚の━に行く」
I've added a new "courtesy visit" sense as sense 04. We currently only have sentences indexed to 01, 02, and 03.

Other edits
* Dropping [adj-no] PoS tags.
* Adding [vi] PoS tags.
* Changing [sl] to [col] on sense 04 (sankoku, meikyo, gg5 have this sense)
* Changing [exp] PoS tag on sense 06 to [n] and adding [arch] tag (smaller kokugos don't have this sense, and we have 一挨一拶 tagged as archaic).

Sense 2 is not showing up in references as something distinct. I feel it's really just a broadening of sense 1. I think it would be better handled that way (which also brings the examples back into line.)

i think i'm okay with keeping them separate, but sense 2 should have actual translations... once those are added, the two senses will look rather different and justifiably kept apart. and the "polite set phrase..." glosses should maybe be notes?

I think there's possibly a discussion needed on the POS tagging of 形容動詞 such as this one. The JEs are unanimous about it being an adjective. The 国語s say things like "名 ・形動" (Daijirin). The ngrams show scant evidence of it being a noun (handful of は, が cases).
I'm comfortable with "[adj-na,n]" and glossing it as an adjective. At least it's showing we are acknowledging whats in the 国語s.

Teruo Hirayama uses this word to describe a flat low pitch in Tōhoku (Ōu) accents, in 奥羽アクセントの諸相. The Wikipedia page for 東北方言 says that "「桜が」のような平板型の語は、低く平らに発音される。", so apparently this is still in use.
